Welcome to South Australian Native Title Services
The South Australian Native Title Services Ltd (SANTS) provides native title services in South Australia.
SANTS is recognised and funded as a Native Title Service Provider (NTSP) by the Federal Government under s.203FE(1) of the Commonwealth's Native Title Act 1993. We represent Indigenous interests in all native title matters within our state in accordance with the functions and responsibilities of a Native Title Representative Body (NTRB).
There is currently a network of 10 NTRBs and 5 NTSPs that provide professional services in accordance with the Native Title Act throughout Australia.
This website is designed as a basic guide for the general public, where we can provide information and news to assist you in your understanding and knowledge of native title generally.
Here you will get a feel of our organisation and what it is we do to enhance the lives of the Indigenous peoples in South Australia.
