Our Services
We provide a range of professional services for South Australian Aboriginal Nations
We have a strong and successful history of achieving native title outcomes including through supporting agreement-making and consent determinations. More than half of the state is now determined and we continue to provide services to Aboriginal nations to look after their country.
As the native title service provider for South Australia, SANTS has responsibilities to manage some parts of the legal process of all native title claims in the state. This includes some funding responsibilities and liaison with the Federal Court and State Government.
However, SANTS does not represent all native title groups while they pursue a native title claim or after they have a determination and have formed a corporation. Aboriginal Nations can and do nominate their own legal representatives and contract with other service providers throughout their development.
SANTS is proud to offer high quality and competitively priced legal, community and corporate development and business services to all South Australian Aboriginal groups.
We are able to tailor our services to meet the needs of particular Aboriginal nations at particular times.
Our overarching objective is for Aboriginal Nations to be sustainable and manage their rights and interests and achieve their aspirations on their own terms.
If you are from a South Australian Aboriginal Nations seeking professional services short or longer-term, do not hesitate to contact us for a confidential discussion
