Schania Ceegan On Closing The Gap
This week we mark Closing the Gap day, a day created by community organisations and individuals that aims to close the health and life expectancy gap between the Indigenous and the non-indigenous communities in Australia.
Sonder is an organisation which delivers a range of integrated community health services across metropolitan Adelaide and is hosting a Closing the Gap event day on Wednesday 27th of March. All are invited to for all to attend to celebrate Indigenous culture, have your health checks and come together as a community.
On today’s program Kaliah speaks with Schania Ceegan, the Indigenous Health Project Officer for Sonder.
