Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Section provides internal services crucial to the operations of the South Australian Native Title Services and incorporates the following areas with a brief summary on their main functions:

Finance

  • Manage and administer grants received from funding bodies
  • Provide regular financial reports to funding bodies, State and Federal Governments
  • Manage the decision making process of financial expenditure
  • Create and monitor budgets and make grant applications to funding bodies
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for financial and asset management

Human Resources

  • Managing personnel matters
  • Managing Occupational Health & Safety matters
  • Resourcing training needs
  • Managing employment and recruitment processes

Information Technology and Records Management

  • Maintain Information Technology Infrastructure including all network, server, workstations, telecommunication and peripheral devices.
  • Provide Information Technology support to all sections of the SANTS
  • Monitor appropriate Information Technology usage in accordance with SANTS policy.
  • Develop and maintain the record management database
  • Manage appropriate filing and archiving schedules
  • Lead policy  development on record management processes

Executive Support

  • Provide administration support to Board, CEO, Senior Management Team and Native Title Briefing Committee
  • SANTS Reception
  • Networking and representation at all levels
