The National Native Title Tribunal and Australian Local Government Association (ALGA) launched 'Developing Indigenous land use agreements: A guide for local government'. The guide is focused on Indigenous land use agreements (ILUAs), as they are primarily used by local governments to ensure that their actions in relation to land use that affect native title are done validly under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth).
