ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is given of an Annual General Meeting for

Yankunytjatjara Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (YNTAC), ICN 4480

 to be held at

 Marla

Thursday 22 September 2011

 at 10:30 am.

What is the purpose of this meeting?

YNTAC is required to hold an Annual General meeting before 30 November 2010.

A number of issues will be discussed at the AGM. These issues include:

-          Confirmation of minutes from previous meetings;

-          Financial audit;

-          Options for Marla block;

-          Yankunytjatjara Trust;

-          Election of directors; and,

-          Heritage agreements update.

Who should attend?

All YNTAC members are invited to attend this meeting. If you are a member but cannot attend, you are entitled to appoint a fellow member to attend and vote on your behalf.
